Jeanette Loofboro Rogers in the Robe of Achievement

 

Jeanette Loofboro Rogers served in many stations throughout her life. She graduated from Milton College in 1933. In 1934 she married Rev Albert Nash Rogers and began her vocation as a pastor, educator, and historian’s wife. She served in these capacities in various locations Waterford, CT, New York City,  Alfred Station, Alfred, NY, Denver CO, and Plainfield, NJ.

Jeanette served the denomination on various boards, agencies, and committees particularly on the American Sabbath Tract Society. She also was a helper of the Sabbath Recorder Editor many times.She was an excellent hostess and did many things behind the scenes that are unrecorded.

She also gave her talents to many ecumenical groups including service as the vice-president of Church Women United.
